Technology Planning

Cleveland Airport has recently completed a port wide strategic plan. The plan articulated numerous goals and objectives to improve customer service, enhance safety, improve internal communications and operations. Technology will play a key role in achieving these goals.

Project Description

Members of the proposed team were used in a supporting role in the development of the plan.

The plan focused on a number of key issues including:
  • Validation of the current state of technology and systems in place at CLE.
  • Development of key performance indicators
  • Validation of “As-Is” and “To-Be” Business processes that will benefit through changes in technology.
  • Determining Technology “Ownership”.
  • Identification of new technologies and revenue opportunities
  • Reviewing O&M best practices and costs
  • Development of a clear technology “roadmap”
  • Development of technology funding plan
