Project Strategic, Operational, Financial, and Technology Consulting Services

Strategic/Operational

Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (Little Rock National Airport) serves the city of Little Rock, Arkansas. The airport is the busiest in the state and is a major air taxi and general aviation facility in the region. The airport is served by the regional subsidiaries of the US majors.

Project Description

Both JW Group and AL Jackson and Co. have provided a wide range of consulting services to the Airport leadership – in support of their strategy implementation, systems investments, and various improvement initiatives associated with a Terminal Improvement Program. Under multiple contract vehicles and periods of performance, the JW Group team members have designed and conducted multiple sessions with key management stakeholders to first identify the mission, vision, and business and operational goals for the enterprise. Once identified, all work approaches were tailored to align with and support those identified goals and objectives.

The scope of our support to the airport CEO, Finance VP, and Procurement Director, has included but not been limited to:
  • defining enterprise-wide and function-specific performance metrics and targets;
  • developing a technology strategic plan focused on STS services, rates and charges and IT staffing plans.
  • redesigning of procurement/inventory control, asset management, capital planning, and revenue management business processes;
  • developing an infrastructure master plan;
  • organizational change management assessment and planning;
  • developing a technology roadmap and phasing plans;
  • communications center operational needs analysis, expansion and CCTV integration;
  • coordinating with TSA, Airlines and operations;
  • preparing RFQ/RFP and bid documents;
  • preparing and close-out of PFC applications;
  • ERP procurement assistance services; and
